Minn. Congressman Takes Oath on Quran

CBNNews.com -- An historic moment was made Thursday when Keith Ellison, the first Muslim elected to Congress, took his oath of office with a Quran.
The actual Quran used was once owned by Thomas Jefferson.
"Look at that. That's something else," Ellison, D-Minn., said as officials from the Library of Congress showed him the two-volume Quran, which was published in London in 1764.
Ellison took the ceremonial oath with new House Speaker Nancy Pelosi at his side...
