No one will go to hell because they haven’t heard of Jesus Christ. The heathen will go to hell for murder, rape, adultery, lust, theft, lying, etc. Sin is not failing to hear the gospel. Rather, "sin is the transgression of the Law" (1 John 3:4). If we really care about the lost, we will become missionaries and take the good news of God’s forgiveness in Christ to them. P.S. I do have to mention that Jesus Himself said in John 14:6: Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Also Acts 4:10-12:

For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,...

Also Romans 10:9-10:
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

So, Jesus is the only exclusive way to everlasting life with God (Heaven), and yes, if you don't accept Him as your Savior, your sins, or, the law of God that you broke, will cause you to go to Hell as eternal punishment for the crime you committed. You can not do enough good to make the Judge ignore your crimes...the crime has to be paid for. If you do not accept the only One who was able to pay your fine for you (Jesus), (because He Himself did not break God's Law...He being the only spotless sacrifice that God could accept in your place)...if you do not accept that free gift, then you yourself will have to pay for your crimes you committed, which the punishment is eternity in Hell. Seek to learn more about Jesus, the Bible, and what He did for you, because He loves you! Call out to Him to open your eyes into trusting and finding Truth, before it's too late!
